The first inclusive Italian pasta lab in Madeira

PastaDI was founded in Madeira with the mission of creating and introducing authentic Italian artisanal pasta, produced locally using traditional methods and premium raw materials, including semolina sourced from exclusively Italian “Molinos”.

Each Tagliatella, Raviolo, or Fusillo reflects authenticity, precision, and absolute respect for the ingredients. 

At PastaDI, we combine craftsmanship, technology, and high-quality raw materials to create pasta that is consistent, perfectly textured, and truly distinctive. 

Our laboratory and shop are taking shape, the machines are being produced in Italy, and everything is being carefully prepared down to the last detail to open our doors very soon.
