PastaDI is taking shape with the ambition of preserving the tradition of authentic Italian artisanal pasta while creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our vision is to build an inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to the production of artisanal pasta with dignity, appropriate support, and professional recognition.

At the heart of PastaDI is a commitment to exceptional quality. Our pasta will be crafted using traditional Italian methods, carefully selected Italian semola, bronze-die extrusion, and ingredients that bring together the culinary heritage of Italy with the unique identity of Madeira.

PastaDI is steadily coming to life. Refurbishment is currently underway to transform our space into the home of our pasta production and future pasta-making experiences.
